Parent Orientation
Jhadeswar Group organizes the PTM(Parent Teacher Meeting) every month in school to discuss the progress of the students. The teachers shares with parents personal reviews of what their child is good at, their strengths, the efforts they are making to improve in certain areas, and tips about how they can provide greater support to the child at home. Further, parents shared feedback about the learning curve they can see in their child over a course of time.
Transport
The fleet of buses drives down to various parts of the city to bring the Day Boarders to the school. This makes it convenient for parents to send their children to school on time, safely and comfortably. Every bus is provided with an attendant to ensure the safety of the children in transit. They are provided with communication devices, which keep them in contact with the school throughout the journey. On alighting, the students are escorted to their respective classrooms by the ushers specifically appointed for this purpose.
Hostel Accomodation
JIS has its separate hostel facilities for the boys and the girls having respective hostel warden and staff. The accommodation is of dormitory type with AC facility. A medical attendant is available round the clock and also have the medical tie up facility with the hospitals which located nearby. Monthly medical check-up for the boarders is carried out by a qualified doctor of nearby hospital.
Sports And Activities
Physical activity is vital to the holistic development of young people, fostering their physical, social and emotional health. The benefits of sport reach beyond the impact on physical well-being and the value of the educational benefits of sport should not be under-estimated. keeping a eye on this, At JIS, we aspire for excellence in everything…including sports. We have a variety of sports activities so that students from all age groups can enjoy, unwind and keep fit. Inter-House and Inter-School matches are a common feature in our school calendar and routine.

To enrich our students, we at Jhadeswar International School have a well-stocked library in our school campus in 3 different wings for the needs and likes of both junior and senior students. From daily newspapers, magazines, course related books, autobiographies, encyclopedias, to story books, novels, bestsellers etc. the library is an organized collection of documented information from across the globe.

It is setting up swimming pools for students to obtain training right from their early age in this life saving discipline.
